Veteran Employee Resource Group
VORTEX, short for Veteran Outreach Through Employee eXperience, actively fosters the personal and professional growth of Bell's veteran community. This group generates opportunities to enrich our veteran’s individual journeys, heritage, military experiences, and community involvement. Members experience monthly membership meetings, quarterly happy hours, community outreach initiatives, and celebrations of important milestones.
US ARMY PaYS
Army PaYS (Army Partnership for Your Success) is a partnership between the Army and various U.S. companies. Bell partners with Army PaYS to help the Army attract, train, and prepare Soldiers for careers after their service. Partners guarantee Soldiers an interview and possible employment after fulfilling their Army obligations.
SkillBridge
SkillBridge connects Service members with valuable career opportunities during their last 180 days (six months) of service. Service members receive industry training and valuable experience with a high probability of retention after their six months are completed.
Hiring Our Heroes
Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) works in cooperation with SkillBridge to connect Service members with businesses across America to help create economic opportunities and a strong workforce.
