Paul Watts was named executive vice president of Integrated Operations in May 2018. Paul is focused on building a world-class global operations team at Bell while keeping safety a top priority for the company.
Previously, Paul served as vice president of Supply Chain Management, aiming to improve the on-time delivery of purchased materials and parts. He continued to aggressively manage cost in this role, working cross-functionally to stabilize Material Requirements Planning and supporting Bell’s substantial investment in new products. Paul has been instrumental in the success of multiple Bell programs and projects since 2008, including the design and test flight of the 505 Jet Ranger X, as well as establishment of the Lafayette Assembly Center.
He has a long history of building cross-functional teams and developing new business structures throughout his career at Bell, having held key roles within Military Business, Commercial Programs, Global Business Ventures and Finance. Prior to Bell, Paul worked in different finance capacities and as a project manager for Boeing.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas. He currently resides in the Fort Worth, Texas area with his wife Glory and their five children.
