Majority of our recent graduates will start in July or January, but we have flexibility based on graduation date.

Why Bell?
Alternate work schedule
Bell offers various alternate work schedules at our facilities. We call them our off-Fridays. Some locations offer every other Friday off some offer every Friday off depending on your location's work schedule.
Dress for your day
At Bell, no day is the same. So we don’t think you should dress like it. Dress smart for an important meeting. Wear jeans for a casual day at the office or on the shop floor. Let your dress code reflect your work day.
Starting your 401k
When you begin your internship with Bell, vesting begins. Once hired on as a full-time employee, you'll be fully vested in 5 years. If you intern, your internship time applies to your 5-year schedule.
Meaningful projects
You won't be getting coffee or making copies - you'll be supporting the creation of some of the most advanced aircraft the world has ever seen. It's simple, we'll provide the challenge you show us just how creative and innovative you can be.
Education assistance
Our full-time employees are eligible to receive up to $8,000 per year for undergraduate degrees and $10,000 per year for graduate degrees.
Mentorship program
Bell knows our people are our biggest assets. You can join the Bell Mentorship program for a mentor who will guide, counsel, and support you during your time at Bell.
