The 505 SHP, FADEC controlled, Safran HE Arrius 2R engine provides the power to fly up to 20,000 ft (6,096 m) and carry 2,295 pounds (1,040 kg) external useful load providing capability beyond traditional short cabin helicopters.

When your business relies on your aircraft, it pays to stay in the air. That’s why the 505 uses the venerable Bell 206L4 drivetrain and MSG-3 zonal maintenance program to ensure availability. Integrated diagnostics via the Garmin G1000H NXi and large, removable panels make diagnosing and maintaining the Bell 505 quick and simple.
