Location

Strategically located within Singapore’s Seletar Aerospace Park, Bell Textron Asia boasts a 15,500 sqm facility that houses the regional Bell office, spares warehousing, MRO and CRO facility, regional training academy, and aircraft ramp area.

Expanded Repair
Includes many different drivetrain components. (For example, 407 transmission beam).
Transmission
Includes overhaul, inspection, repairs.
Hubs
Includes overhaul, inspection and repairs.
Avionics
Installing avionics equipment (radios, traffic systems, ADS-b, camera systems, search lights, EMS systems etc), includes mark wires and build wire harnesses, also custom instrument panel cutting capabilities.
Rotor Blades
Full rotor track and balance capabilities and either in-house or access to blade repairs and
refurbishments
Composite Panels
SRM and PSE expanded repairs and either in-house or access to reconditioned and overhauled panels.
Customizing
Installation of Bell kits, STC's, Locally Approved Major Alterations (MRA project, Field Approval, 8110's), and Minor Alterations. (Capabilities may vary by site).
Retrofits, Modifications and Upgrades
Can include multiple avionics upgrades, autopilot installations, custom paint and completions for multiple aircraft models serving a variety of markets (Can vary by location).
Approved installer of Aeronautical Accessories products
Installation of Aeronautical Accessories parts and accessories. (Capabilities vary by location).
Aircraft Paint Services
New and refurbished helicopter paint capabilities including surface preparation, masking, custom paint mixing, applications, and complete finish work for Bell aircraft, including standard and custom paint designs and logos.
Field maintenance / repair (remote)
Offsite support for customers with AOG needs and maintenance support as needed.
Bell Maintenance training
On site training offering multiple subjects as well as User Training for Customized / Refurbished
Installations. (Can vary by location).
Bell Warranty work
Perform maintenance work on all Bell models and filing the warranty claim for warranty work completed at facility. (Can vary by location).
Engine support & rental program
Troubleshooting, component replacement, engine replacement, scheduled inspections, and bulletin compliance. (Capabilities may vary by site).
Robust warranty coverage

Bell New Helicopter Warranty – Three (3) years or 1,000 hours of operations, whichever comes first for the basic aircraft. Labor reimbursement for remove and install for one (1) year or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first. Bell assigns each manufacturer’s warranty to Buyer to the extent such manufacturer’s warranty exists and is assignable.

Bell New Spare Parts Warranty – One (1) year from date of installation, 1,000 hours of operation, or two (2) years from date of shipment by Bell, whichever occurs first. Bell assigns each manufacturer’s warranty to Buyer to the extent such manufacturer’s warranty exists and is assignable.
