Air Zermatt: Bell Customized Solutions

So my name is Julie May, I am a pilot since 2019. We use the Bell 429 for rescue, sometimes we use them for taxi flights, and for special operations, like changing the warning balls on the power line. My name is Gerold Biner, and I'm a pilot, and beside that I'm also the CEO of Air Zermatt. It's fantastic to use this product -- you know, once we saw the aircraft, of course, the first contact with the sales team was, what is your need, what should we do? And that was important for us, that somebody is understanding why we need this -- a mirror on the skid, why we need a mirror for doing sling operations or hoist missions, why we need the spectral app, or having the interior certified, and all that stuff. So they were really open-minded, and they came up not with additional problems, but with solutions -- and that was a key point that, on the end, we decided to take this product.
