Air Zermatt: Bell Technical Support

Yeah, I'm Timmy, I work here at Air Zermatt since 2011. My first time I worked on a Bell 429 was around 2012, and then in 2019 I did my type certificate for the helicopter, so now I'm an approved engineer on this helicopter. Sometimes it happens that something breaks and you immediately need the new part, because we need the helicopter for rescue missions. From the technical support side, we have Carl -- he's here like two to twice a year, and will come and have a talk with us: how is everything going, how is it working, where you got some problems, what do you need from the logistics whenever you have a problem with any parts? That is excellent, that's really good -- having a center in, I guess it's in Amsterdam, and also in Prague. The tech rep, Carl, he is absolutely great, he's so helpful, like the whole team, and makes life very easy, because we are depending on this aircraft and we cannot just wait for a part to be delivered in a couple of weeks. And thanks to Bell, we have a good support with Carl -- he will organize our supports that will be here soon, so that we don't lose too much time until the helicopter goes back in the air. For us, it's like the only thing that's important, that the pilots are happy, so then we are happy as well.
