We’re a business that doesn’t want any business. We’re trying to save somebody’s life in a terrible car wreck, an injury on an oil rig, or something of that nature.

When you’ve transported 800,000 people over a period of time like that, people tend to recognize the brand, and they want to tell you about it.

Our ability to do that is based upon the support of the manufacturers and their support of the aircraft. Without that, we can’t keep the aircraft flying. If we can’t keep the aircraft flying, then we can’t do the rescues.

The Bell Helicopter Customer Advantage Plan is critical for us in planning because it covers all of the parts necessary for scheduled maintenance. You know that the parts are going to be there.

In my own career and experience in aviation, that’s an essential component of our ability to keep the aircraft flying.
