Visitor Information
Welcome to the Bell Commercial Business Center located in Arlington, TX. Home for commercial programs including marketing, engineering, and technical publications support groups.
All visitors are required to be registered in our visitor system prior to the visit. Your sponsor will reach out to you to request the information needed to register you.
Check-in Process
Security
After your arrival, proceed to security with a current form of identification (driver's license or passport). Your identification will be held at our lobby in exchange for a guest badge and will be returned at the end of your visit.
Greeting and Escort
You will then be greeted by a Bell employee who will direct you where you need to be. Please remain with your host (escort) at all times. In the case of emergency, be sure to follow all instructions provided by your host.

Safety is our top priority. Please review our safety measures prior to your arrival.
Please note: Protective eyewear and ear protection are REQUIRED in certain areas. Your host will advise and provide you this protective equipment when appropriate.
Appropriate Attire
If you will be touring a manufacturing facility please make sure everyone is in compliance with the below dress code or they will not be allowed in the facility.
Footwear such as sandals, open heels, open toe, spiked heels and platform soles are considered unsafe and shall not be worn by any employee or guest while on the manufacturing floor or in a manufacturing environment. It is a requirement that the entire foot be enclosed to the top of the arch. The height of the heel shall not exceed two inches and the diameter shall be at least one inch wide. Shoes must be made of leather.
Dresses, skirts and capris are not allowed. Pants must be long enough to cover the entire leg and ensure that skin is not exposed. Blouses and shirts must completely cover the torso with sleeves at least two inches below the shoulder seam.
